For families
Stories to share.
Information to treat with care.
Little Lessons is designed for parents and caregivers to choose and play stories with children. Children do not need their own account.
Updated October 26, 2026
What families can do
Parents and caregivers can browse published stories and previews, manage an account and listen through a private library. Individual purchases and paid membership provide access as described in Purchases & membership.
The current service has no child profiles, child chat, name personalization or voice enrollment. Signup does not ask for a child’s name, age, birthday, photograph, school or voice. Account emails are used to manage the adult’s account and access.
Listening still involves technical information
Playing a story sends requests to the website and its providers. Those requests can include an IP address and browser details. An adult’s signed-in account uses essential cookies and can save listening progress.
Supabase, Vercel and the account-security services described in our privacy information process information to deliver and protect the service. Stripe handles checkout and billing; Resend handles account and support emails. The customer website does not send account information to a story-writing model.
Story browsing, previews, library playback, account pages and forms do not load the Meta advertising Pixel. Optional advertising measurement is confined to our parent-facing home, pricing, about and how-it-works pages, after a visitor confirms they are 18 or older and chooses to allow it. We do not supply child details or listening activity to Meta. See advertising choices and browser information for the information involved and how to decline or withdraw.
Having an adult account does not make all information anonymous. Family listening can involve technical information even when no child’s name is entered.
If information about a child was submitted
Contact Little Lessons with a brief description of the concern and where it occurred. You do not need to create an account to raise a privacy concern. You can ask us to review information, correct or delete it, or address further collection or use.
Do not send a child’s full name, birth date, school, photograph or identity documents in the first message. We verify appropriate authority before disclosing private records or making account changes, and explain the review outcome and any retention limits.
Our retention schedule explains the account, support, security and backup records involved. A request is reviewed by a person; it does not cause immediate erasure of every provider record or backup.
Changes to the family experience
Personalization, child profiles and voice features are not available today. Any future feature that changes information collection will need its own notice and appropriate choices before it becomes available.
Questions about your information
Ask about your account information, request a correction or deletion, or report information submitted by a child.
Start with a brief description. Send account requests from your account email when possible. Keep passwords, card details, identity documents and unnecessary information about a child out of your message.
An email starts a request for review. It does not automatically delete an account, cancel membership or issue a refund.
