about Little Lessons.

Find out how listening, purchases and membership work.

Can I listen to stories yet?

Published stories in the collection include listening previews. Each story’s page shows its current purchase availability. Full stories are available in your library after payment is confirmed, through an individual purchase or an active membership.

Who is Little Lessons for?

Little Lessons is designed for parents and caregivers choosing stories to share with children. Each published story has its own recommended age range. Children do not need their own accounts.

Can I read along?

Published previews include preview text. Full stories in your private library include a read-along transcript while you have access to that story.

Can I make a custom story or add a child’s name?

Neither feature is available in this version. Custom stories are planned for after launch; a release date has not been set. Name personalization remains a separate future feature decision.

How much do stories cost?

Visit Pricing for the currently available individual story and monthly membership options. Each story’s page also shows its price when checkout is available. Checkout shows the amount and whether payment is one-time or monthly before you pay.

What is included with membership?

Membership includes the published standard story catalog and new standard stories as they are released, during your paid membership period. It does not include custom stories, name personalization, parent voices or interactive stories.

What is planned for premium membership?

The planned $9.99 USD monthly option includes personalized narration, parent voices and interactive stories. These features are not available yet, the plan is not for sale, and a release date has not been set.

What happens when I cancel membership?

Cancel renewal from Your membership. You can keep listening to membership stories through the end of your already-paid period. After that, membership-only access ends. Stories you bought individually remain in your library independently of membership.

Do I keep stories I buy individually?

Individual purchases provide streaming and read-along access to the version you purchased, independently of membership and ordinary catalog archival. A confirmed full refund removes access from that purchase. Listening through membership does not turn a story into an individual purchase. Permanent account closure ends access to the account and its library, including purchases; we ask for explicit confirmation first.

Can I request a refund?

You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of an individual-story purchase or each monthly membership charge. Later refunds are available for confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges, or an unresolved delivery problem. A confirmed full refund removes only access funded by that charge, preserving other purchases and paid periods. Requesting a refund does not cancel future membership renewals. See Refunds below for request steps and details.

What if a purchased story becomes unavailable?

Contact support so we can restore access. If a purchased recording becomes permanently unavailable and access cannot be restored, we refund that story charge even after seven days. If Little Lessons closes, we stop future renewals and refund the unused portion of the current membership period. Ordinary cancellation keeps your remaining paid time and does not automatically create a prorated refund.

How do I close my account permanently?

Contact support for a reviewed request. Permanent closure ends sign-in and library access, including individually purchased stories, and stops future renewal. We verify the request and ask you to explicitly confirm these consequences before proceeding. To keep your purchased stories, cancel membership renewal instead. Closing an account does not itself create an automatic refund.

How long is my account information kept?

Account details and listening progress are kept while needed for account access. After verified, explicitly confirmed permanent closure, eligible credentials, profile details and progress are removed within 30 days, after billing resolution and access-token expiry. Necessary payment records and restricted backups have separate retention periods. Privacy below explains the full schedule and how to make a request.

Can I download stories or listen in the background?

Stories are available through website streaming and read-along transcripts. Downloads are not currently offered. Background and lock-screen playback depend on your device and browser.
