The Little Lantern Path

For parents & caregivers

Inside this story

On the way to a picnic, Mallow offers to carry a cloth, holds a jar while Pip ties his own bow, and slows down to join Tansy’s conversation. At the picnic, the friends find a place where everyone can enjoy Mallow’s lantern. Kindness appears through asking, listening and making room, without an explicit moral lesson.
